My charger has been installed, but I can't see it on the ev.energy app?

If you are unable to see your charger within the ev.energy app, this could be due to either the charger not being linked to your email address, or an incorrect email address has been used to setup the account when installed.

Please raise a support ticket with your name, email address used for the ev.energy account as well as your charger serial number. (The serial number can be located on the right side of the EV charger, it will begin with 'WAEV' followed by six digits e.g. WAEV123456.
