If you are not planning on using an off peak energy tariff, don't require seeing any charging data/costs or WiFi connectivity where the charger is installed is not possible, the RFID cards can still be used by plugging the car in, waving the card in front of the charger for 4-5 seconds until you hear a beep, to which the car will then start to charge. This same motion is used to stop the car from charging or you can do this by simply unlocking the car and any charging would stop.
